Here's one of my sloppier works.

Or, as I like to call it: Impressionism.
It was my first try at using a more pastel laden color scheme - which became en vogue a few years ago.

What medium, Dayle?

Hi, Nicole.

It's oil. And, I failed to mention that I did this one a few years ago. Right now, when I'm not sick, I'm working on my book.

You call it sloppy. I call it way better than anything I could do (my current best is an Abraham Lincoln stick-figure).

Don't throw those stick figures away just yet, Mark.

I hear they're making a comeback in France.

Btw, have you seen someone regarding your possible unhealthy fascination with Lincoln.

Not yet. I'm still working on my unhealthy fascination with Philadelphia sports teams that never win anything.

I like it. The one and only oil I ever did used a lot of stippling. And a knife. I like the soft look.
